Getting started

1. Find FanGifts on the Fanvue App Store and open it. Fanvue asks you to approve FanGifts' access to your account. FanGifts never asks for your password.
2. Tap Add gift. Start from an idea or a blank gift, then give it a name, a price (from £3) and a look: a photo from your Fanvue vault, any emoji, or a starter piece. The preview shows exactly what fans will see.
3. Choose what the gift includes:
   • No reward: a simple way for fans to show some love.
   • Instant content: photos or videos from your vault, unlocked as soon as the payment clears.
   • Personal reply: the fan writes a request and you reply with a voice note. Set how many you'll take each week and how many days you need.
4. Turn on Gift shop live and confirm in Fanvue. Your subscribers can now open your shop. Use Preview shop to see it as they do.
5. When a personal gift arrives, it appears under Awaiting your reply. Open it, record or upload a voice note, and send it. It's delivered to the fan as a Fanvue message.

Special days

Add your birthday, your Fanvue anniversary or any day of your own under Special days on the dashboard. In the week before each one, your shop shows a celebration banner and puts the gifts you've marked Feature on special days first. Fans can also celebrate the anniversary of when they subscribed to you; you can turn that off.

Fans can send a gift ahead of the day and keep it sealed. You'll see how many gifts are waiting, but not who sent them or what they say, until the day itself, from midnight UTC. A personal reply's delivery time starts from the day.

Common questions

How do fans pay?

Through Fanvue checkout. FanGifts creates a checkout link for each gift and never handles card details. Payments settle to your Fanvue account.

Does FanGifts cost anything?

FanGifts is currently free for creators.

What happens if a payment is refunded?

The gift is removed from your reply queue. Content that was already unlocked stays unlocked, because Fanvue doesn't let apps withdraw access once granted.

Can I change or remove a gift?

Yes. Tap a gift under Your gifts to edit it. Changing the price creates a new checkout link and switches off the old one. Remove gift takes it out of your shop; past orders are kept.

Why can I only use photos from my vault?

Everything fans see in your shop should meet Fanvue's content policies, and vault photos have already been through Fanvue's checks. Add a photo to your vault on Fanvue, then pick it in FanGifts.

How do I delete my data?

In the FanGifts dashboard, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my FanGifts data. Then uninstall FanGifts in Fanvue to remove its access. See the Privacy Policy for details.
